Returns accepted within 30 days from date of purchase, not from date customer receives it. 

No returns accepted on custom orders.

If you experience a structural issue such as a wire not holding its crimp or a clasp not working properly, you may contact us for a return to repair. Item will be repaired and returned to you free of shipping cost. 

Returns not accepted for metals oxidizing or tarnishing unless it is stated as solid gold in the listing.
